In the highly competitive globalized bathroom and spa sector, our partnership with the Hungarian brand Wellis began in 2009, and over the years we have worked hand in hand until 2016 to achieve remarkable results. During this valuable partnership, we have witnessed the transformation of this up-and-coming brand, which began as a family-run business, into an industry giant with a global sales network of more than 500, and we are honored to have been an integral co-creator of this legendary journey. While the form of our partnership may have evolved over time, we have always maintained strong ties with Wellis, continuing to pursue excellence and innovation in our respective fields.
Looking back, we gained insight into Wellis' early growth strategy and saw not only a production line in need of refinement, but also the founding team's passion for revolutionizing the industry.
Based on the forward-looking judgment of the consumption upgrade in the spa accessories market, we jointly formulated a dual-track strategy of “quality breakout + fast response”: on one hand, joint R&D to solve the technical problems of SPA nozzles, on the other hand, we established an exclusive flexible production unit to support the diversified small-volume orders in the early stage of the company's development with a modular manufacturing system.
Since its debut at the internationally renowned industry exhibition, Wellis has continued to demonstrate its innovative strength through global exhibition platforms. Throughout our exhibitions, we have gained a deep understanding of the market's expectations for both efficient delivery and superior quality. To this end, we have systematically promoted the upgrading of our manufacturing system: we have established a flexible supply chain that responds quickly to the market through the reorganization of lean production processes, and we have continued to break through the industry's quality baseline by digitally reshaping our quality control standards.
These breakthroughs have not only helped Wellis to rank first in the Central and Eastern European market in 2012, but also laid the quality cornerstone for its entry into the global high-end market.
