Air Jets:
Compared to water jets, air jets have a smaller faceplate diameter and are responsible for creating bubbles within the bathtub. They are usually positioned at the bottom or sides of the tub, where air flows through these jets to form bubbles.
Hydrorelax offers air jets made from brass (with some plastic options available), and the jet covers can be made from ABS (chrome-plated), stainless steel, or brass. Surface treatments can be customized according to your preferences, such as chrome plating, painting, brushed finishes, or satin finishes.
Check Valve:
A check valve is a one-way valve that only allows water to flow in a specified direction. Its role in the bathtub bubble system is as follows:
• Preventing Water Backflow into the Air Pipelines: If the water flow is reversed, water could enter the air pipes, affecting the normal operation of the air control valve, or even cause water to backflow, damaging the system.
For instance, without a check valve, when the bubble system is off, water in the bathtub could easily flow through the jets into the water pipes and air intake lines. Once water enters the air lines, the system will lose its air intake function, and the air control valve will no longer work.
Hydrorelax offers a variety of fast connector models, which have distinct advantages over standard connectors:
• Pipe Connection: Used for quickly connecting air hoses, and for splitting or combining air flows.
• Sealing and Leak Prevention: The built-in seal ring and locking mechanism ensure a leak-free connection, even under high-pressure conditions.
• Quick Assembly and Disassembly: No tools are required to secure the pipes. Simply press the blue locking mechanism to easily insert or remove the connectors, making maintenance and part replacement more convenient.
